Background of constitution writing The constitution is the sum of the basic rules governing the state. The Chinese constitution is no exception.  The People's Republic of China was established on October 1, 1949. Five years later, in 1954, a constitution was first introduced in China. This is the first constitution of China. This is called the socialist constitution. No constitution has been written in China before this constitution. For this republic in 1911 A constitution was made. For various reasons, this constitution did not come into force. In 1923 and 1948, the constitution was drafted. This initiative was not implemented. Judicial Organization of China

  The organization is based on the Chinese judiciary. China's judiciary is organization-based. The judicial structure of the country consists of various levels of people's courts. The Supreme People's Court consists of various levels of local people's courts and military courts. This people's court is arranged in four levels. চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থার বৈশিষ্ট্য: গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী চীন হল বিশ্বের একটি শক্তিধর সমাজতান্ত্রিক রাষ্ট্র। এ দেশে সমাজতান্ত্রিক বিধি বিধান অনুসরন করা হয়। বিচার ব্যবস্থায়ও এর প্রভাব লক্ষ্য করা যায়। চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থাকে বিশ্লেষণ করলে নিম্নোক্ত বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলাে পাওয়া যায়ঃ  আদালত: আদালত গণ-প্রজাতন্ত্রী চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থার প্রথম বৈশিষ্ট্য। চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থায় আদালতের অস্তিত্ব বিদ্যমান। এ ব্যবস্থায় চারটি আদালত বর্তমান। এগুলাে হল ক, সর্বোচ্চ গণ-আদালত খ, আঞ্চলিক গণ-আদালত গ, সামরিক আদালত ও ঘ. বিশেষ গণ আদালত। এ আদালতের ভিত্তিতে চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থা পরিচালিত।  স্তর বিন্যাসঃ স্তর বিন্যাস চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থায়ীয় একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থান দখল করেছে। "সর্বোচ্চ গণ-আদালত" ঐ ব্যবস্থার শীর্ষে অবস্থিত। সর্বনিম্নে হল সামরিক আদালত। উচ্চতর আদালত অপেক্ষাকৃতভাবে নিম্নের আদালতে কাজকর্ম তদারকী করে।  স্বাধীনতাঃ চীনের বিচার ব্যবস্থায় স্বাধীনতা বিদ্যমান। এ ব্যবস্থায় সাংবিধানিক ভাবে বিচার বিভাগের স্বাধীনতাকে স্বীকার করা হয়েছে। সংবিধান প্রবক্তাগণ মনে করেন স্বাধীনতা ছাড়া বিচার বিভাগ অস্তিত্বহীন।...
