Regional People's Court
Regional: The People's Court is a special part of the Chinese judiciary. This court is the lower court of the highest people's court. The principles of independence and accountability were followed in the formation and functions of the regional people's courts. As well as the principle of democratic centralism is followed. There is no clear provision in the constitution in this regard. This court consists of regional level judges. In this case, the role of the Congress is given more importance.
Mass-Procurate: Mass-Procurate is a significant aspect of China's justice system. It is a fancy institution of the judiciary. The organization was born with the aim of ensuring oversight of the judiciary.
Formation of Mass Procurat: There are provisions in the Constitution regarding the composition of Mass Procurate. According to Article 130 of the Constitution, the Public Procurate Organization is constituted by law. Structured in the structure of this organization.
